Texas BOMA 2025 Sponsor Terms and Conditions The agreement, when submitted by sponsoring company constituted a valid and binding contract. Texas BOMA reserves the exclusive and total right to control all aspects of the conduct of this event; and specifically, it reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any sponsor for inclusion in event sponsorships. Texas BOMA reserves the right to render all interpretations and decisions, should questions arise, and to establish further regulations as may be deemed necessary to the general success and well-being of the sponsorships and event. Event management’s decisions and interpretations shall be accepted as final in all cases. The acceptance of this contract does not carry nor imply endorsement of the product or service by Texas BOMA.

Any person executing this agreement represents that he or she is fully authorized to do so and agrees to be bound to all terms and conditions upon submission of the online sponsor agreement form. Submission of the form signifies that you agree to participate as a contributing sponsor for the 2025 Texas BOMA Advocacy Day. Breaches or infractions of these rules may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future conferences hosted by Texas BOMA. Payment.

Payment to secure a sponsorship must be received within 30 days of invoice.

Cancellation/Refund: Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by Texas BOMA. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received prior to 45 days before the event start date. If cancellation is received within 45 days of the event, no refunds are available and balance due will be collected in full. Benefits: Benefits of the Texas BOMA Advocacy Day are subject to print and name submission deadlines. Benefits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash credits. Sponsorships are awarded on a first come, first-served basis; based on the date the contract is received by Texas BOMA, date of full payment received by Texas BOMA and the availability of requested sponsorships. Texas BOMA reserves the right to change, cancel or substitute sponsor benefits, as it may deem necessary and equitable.
